1. General
Premier Lewes Taxis provides taxi, private hire, and airport transfer services. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, website, or email.

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message.

Please check all details; we are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted based on distance, time, and vehicle type.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, or parking.

Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup are free.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Airport pickups require at least 3 hours’ notice for cancellation.

5. Waiting Time

Standard waiting time is 5 minutes for local pickups.

Airport waiting includes 45 minutes free after landing; additional waiting fees may apply.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must ensure they board the correct vehicle.

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Any damage caused to the vehicle may result in additional charges.

7. Delays & Liability

We strive to be punctual but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Premier Lewes Taxis is not liable for missed flights or appointments due to events beyond our control.

8. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their belongings.

We do not accept liability for lost or damaged luggage.

9. Conduct

Abusive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

Drivers may refuse service if they feel threatened or unsafe.

10. Changes to Terms
Premier Lewes Taxis may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
